Day 01
Day 01 is the most crucial day of the entire hair transplant recovery period. Therefore, you have to be extra careful;
- Avoid washing your hair for at least a whole 24 hours from the minute you step out of the clinic. It is needed to be avoided to ensure that the grafts are left undisturbed and logged onto your scalp
- Take as much rest as you can
